Absolutely fantastic stay! From the moment I stepped foot in the hotel I felt special. The service is simply extraordinary - every member of staff, from reception to restaurant staff, was not only professional but also genuinely friendly and helpful, which made me feel really looked after. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and decorated with incredible taste. The cleanliness was top notch and the beds were so comfortable it was hard to get up in the morning! The breakfasts were a real treat - a wide selection of fresh and local produce, all beautifully presented. The location of the hotel is another advantage - an ideal base for sightseeing, yet quiet enough to provide perfect relaxation. I recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience and the utmost comfort. I will definitely come back here!

1- Kerim, the host, was brilliant! He was so helpful, speaks english and would ask everyday what we would like to do and then give us tips on the best way to reach that place. He even gave us his train pass one day so that we could use it and not have to buy one! All my high ratings on the hotel are for Kerim. As a tourist in a foreign land, all you need is a helpful host, so thanks Kerim! 2- Very close to Istiklal street and Galata area- walking distance. 3- The best cafes and food, Galata tower and restaurants and shops just outside the hotel- such a treat. 4- A lovely walk away from Galata bridge that leads you to the Sultanahmet area (Hagia Sofia mosque, Blue Mosque etc)

Hotel is right in center of Taksim for anyone who wants to stay in this area i recommend this hotel 100%. The staff are absolutely amazing and extremely helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Ali and Mr. Kerim from the reception they both were very helpful and told us alot of useful information about the area and the city. They also helped us get a taxi to the airport and made sure that our stay at the hotel was exceptional and very comfortable. They even told us about good places to eat other than the commercial ones and where to go and what do to as it was our first time in Istanbul. They even helped us carry our heavy bags all the time. Super friendly and I would definitely stay in this hotel again because of them. Nothing in the room was missing and it was more than perfect. 10/10

Very comfortable room, located not far from Taksim square with many nearby restaurants and shops. Room faced quiet alley so there was not a lot of noise. Very courteous and helpful staff who helped out with every problem and arranged a taxi to the airport.

I recently stayed at Taksim Prelude and it was a pleasant experience. Location is fantastic, room was clean and the staff were very kind and accommodating. We had two separate bookings with a trip to Cappadocia in between and they were kind enough to store our luggage safely while we were away, it made things more convenient for us.

There wasn't much I did not like!! The location is awesome. The staff was extraordinary, above the normal. They helped make arrangements, and offered advice on many things. The Prelude only has 16 rooms, so it's a true "boutique" operation. They definitely would prefer to have "quality" guests over quantity. The room was spotless upon arrival, and they offered as much (or as little) housekeeping as you like. (Also an in-room safe.) The area has plenty of restaurants, shopping, people watching and taxis... what else do you need?? Highly recommended!

Great location, lots of shops and restaurants nearby, 15 minute walk to Taksim Square and Tram. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.
