He was so kind and considerate, not wanting me to have the trouble of changing my room after the first night. Kerim and Ali also helped to recommend some good food to eat and places to visit, which proved really satisfying. Ali, who worked in the daytime when I stayed, gave me an Istanbul card, so I did not need to buy one myself. I just put money in and could have access to every public transportation means. Ali is also good at writing instructions in English and drawing maps. His instructions and maps helped me easily find the places to visit and are really good memories for me. I enjoyed my stay in Istanbul very much largely because of this hotel I luckily chose to stay and its lovely and helpful staff Kerim and Ali. I would definitely highly recommend this hotel to every one.

Hotel is right in center of Taksim for anyone who wants to stay in this area i recommend this hotel 100%. The staff are absolutely amazing and extremely helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Ali and Mr. Kerim from the reception they both were very helpful and told us alot of useful information about the area and the city. They also helped us get a taxi to the airport and made sure that our stay at the hotel was exceptional and very comfortable. They even told us about good places to eat other than the commercial ones and where to go and what do to as it was our first time in Istanbul. They even helped us carry our heavy bags all the time. Super friendly and I would definitely stay in this hotel again because of them. Nothing in the room was missing and it was more than perfect. 10/10
